We offer a complimentary six-month warranty against manufacture defects on all of our jewelry for your peace of mind. The warranty covers defects and damage to the metal or stone during the manufacturing process. If you have an issue with your jewelry, we ask you to write to us and deliver it back within 30 days. It is the responsibility of the buyer to post the ring back and ensure that it is delivered to us.

If the defect is covered by a warranty, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than The Alexandrite will void the warranty. Normal wear, activities, or trauma can affect all fine jewelry. This is especially true for rings since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of gemstones, damaged gemstones, product loss, or theft.

We hire a professional photographer to take a high resolution pictures to show the jewelry piece as it is seen by the human eye in a normal daylight. Unlike many other sellers we never photoshop the pictures to artificially enhance the quality.

The photographer takes many pictures in different angles so that you can see the item in all sides. We also provide the video to make it even more easier to see the piece in motion.

Jewelry and especially gemstone photography is extremely difficult. It requires a lot of talent and experience to show the jewelry exactly as it is seen by the human eye.

Such pictures are very expensive and any new pictures will incur the additional cost.
